Once the package is shipped, all sales are final.
If the package has not shipped, you may cancel your order, however, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If the package is received damaged, immediately take several photos of the damaged items. Email us at goodfellas.sf@gmail.com all the photos and information to help us assist you. Do not throw anything away. We might need to ship it back to the shop.
If the package is lost/stolen, immediately email us at goodfellas.sf@gmail.com and we will assist you.
